Hi there!

As you may have gathered, my name is Ramsey and I have lived in sunny San Diego. It wasn’t until 2005 that I dove into photography headfirst after my wife bought me my first dSLR as a wedding present – a Nikon D70.

I grew up in some of the most scenic places in the world. Between beautiful California, lush Oregon, and 5 years in stunning Switzerland, sweeping landscapes, various cultures, and tasty food have always surrounded me. Once I decided to get into photography, it felt natural to capture these gorgeous vistas, interesting people, and new cultures for generations to come.

When I'm not shooting, I make a living as an Internet “tech guy". I currently work as VP of Product for Agentology, a San Diego real-estate tech startup. Prior to that, I spent time building products for companies like Yahoo, Disney, Silicon Graphics, as well as a few startups. During the day, I enjoy blending together the business, technical, creative process to produce an exciting end result - great consumer products. There's something uniquely satisfying to the soul when these areas come together, which is in many ways, is very similar to the process of taking great pictures.
